Large-scale Intelligent Data Systems (LIDS) Laboratory
We do research in databases. Our current work is on relational deep learning, graph neural networks, and infrastructure for data agents.
The lab is led by Ashraf Aboulnaga, Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Texas at Arlington.
Projects
Relational Deep Learning
Machine learning directly over multi-table relational databases, made efficient with SQL and schema information.
Graph Neural Networks
Scalable training of graph neural networks on large knowledge graphs.
Infrastructure for Data Agents
Giving LLM-based agents reliable access to data sources.
